THE SHORT VERSION
- You get a working, managed agent; we get paid on the agreed plan.
- Use the service lawfully and within fair-use limits.
- Either side can end the agreement per the notice terms.
- We limit liability to what the law allows.
Using the service
You may use the agents and marketplace for your business under these terms and our acceptable use policy.
Plans and payment
Marketplace plans bill monthly; custom builds bill per the signed proposal. Fees are non-refundable except where stated.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the data and instructions you give agents and for lawful use.
Termination
You can cancel anytime; we can suspend for breach. On termination we help you offboard.
Liability
The service is provided as described; liability is capped as permitted by law.
