1. Information we collect

We collect contact details you give us, usage data from the product, and the data your agents process on your behalf under your instruction. We do not collect more than a service requires.

2. How we use it

To operate and improve your agents, to support you, to keep the service secure, and to meet legal obligations. We do not use your customer data to train shared models.

3. Sharing

We share data only with sub-processors needed to run the service, under contract, and when required by law. Our current sub-processor list is available in the Trust Center. We never sell your data.

4. Your rights

Depending on where you are, you can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to certain processing. Email us and we will action requests within the timelines the law requires.

5. Security

We encrypt data in transit and at rest, scope access tightly, and log actions. See the Enterprise page for architecture detail.
